Dear Gourmands,

Our next theme is Easter, and it’s definitely an occasion that worths celebrating with great food.
A curious fact is that according to the Brazilian tradition, we must eat dishes inspired in the rich cuisine of Portugal, and of course pair the food with very special wines.
Luckily we do have a brand new brasserie run by 2 talented Portuguese guys - the chef Gilberto Ferrinho and the écailler Tiago Jesus (who won the World Cup of the écaillers in Protected content . I can guarantee you the result is fantastic.

Winter is still around the corner, and we do have nice places that offer unique and exquisite experiences. Pop-up restaurants are open for a limited time in unusual places, usually closing just after the season is over.
This time what awaits us is a nice evening under the stars (if we’re lucky) as if we were outdoors - we'll have dinner in a gigantic dome mounted at the hotel terrace. Needless to mention, we do have great food, drinks, and an amazing group of IN friends. And as a plus, a magnificent view of the lake.

It’s winter time, and we crave for that comfort food from the chalet in the middle of nowhere. But there’s no need for a long distance drive or hike, we do have a little charming chalet in downtown Lausanne, with proper chalet food and amazing drinks. Plus, we have a breathtaking view of the cathedral and the city center lights mimicking the stars.
