Portuguese Easter
Dear Gourmands,
Our next theme is Easter, and it’s definitely an occasion that worths celebrating with great food.
A curious fact is that according to the Brazilian tradition, we must eat dishes inspired in the rich cuisine of Portugal, and of course pair the food with very special wines.
Luckily we do have a brand new brasserie run by 2 talented Portuguese guys - the chef Gilberto Ferrinho and the écailler Tiago Jesus (who won the World Cup of the écaillers in Protected content . I can guarantee you the result is fantastic.
