Rome Meditation & Spirituality Group

We will meet twice a month and do a meditation, and then have group activities to look at human nature, emotions and beliefs from a spiritual perspective. We will then explore some techniques to release them so that we can start living consciously. These Activities are for Seekers who are interested in growing in their inner world by shifting their perspectives and in empowering themselves . This is not a place to market your products and services which is incompatible with the energy, spirit and serenity that these Activities provide.
