Hello to all Americans in Vilnius! Are you interested in getting to know fellow expats in Vilnius? Looking for advice from other Americans, e.g. wondering if there are any bars in Vilnius which will be showing your favorite baseball or American football team’s upcoming match or where to go in town for st￭ turkey?
There’s no doubt about it: Vilnius can be a great destination not just for fintech companies. The Lithuanian capital is a modern city known for its historic center, one of the largest surviving medieval towns in Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1994, but also its rapid development of the past decades, the local focus on research and development, with the Sunrise Valley Science and Technology Park being just one example, and much more! With the network of bus, trolleybus, and minibus services as well as a very walkable center, navigating your way around the city from one place to the next is simple. This also means that if you don’t want to live among the hustle and bustle of the center, you can enjoy a quieter life in one of Vilnius’s less central neighborhoods, such as Lazdynai or Žvėrynas , which are a respective 10 and 30-minute commute away from Vilnius’s center.
