Sacramento is one of the best cities to live in across America and those who are new to the area will find a lot to love. The city hosts numerous top events throughout the year, with the Sacramento Pride Festival and Parade among the best of them, drawing thousands of people to the area each June. Attending the Sacramento Jazz Festival & Jubilee, which takes place at the end of May, is also a must. Sports fans should try to catch the local NBA basketball team, the Kings, who have one of the loudest crowds in the country. Old Sacramento is a fascinating place to explore, maintained as a living historic district — visiting it is just like stepping back in time. The California State Railroad Museum and the Sacramento History Museum are also both located in the city.
