Assistance in coming to Panama (Panama City)

Hi All - I am an Australian currently residing in Los Angeles, California for business. Have been here on a business visa for 2 years but now looking to spend less time here - ultimately I'm thinking about transitioning to Panama.

I have a small french bulldog "classified in America as Emotional Support Dog" and can fly with me on flights to/from USA.

I would like to get an apartment in Panama City perhaps in Casco Viejo as I love it there. I am sure its much more developed than it was 10 years ago but either there or somewhere else ideally with nice walking areas, parks, beach etc…

I am looking for help with the following if anybody has tips or can assist:

- assistance in finding apartment at local rates but nice pad
- assistance bringing my dog in/out of country as she'll fly with me in cabin
- assistance in finding an cool car
- assistance in company & residency setup etc…
