A Story of Passion and Connection
Born from a delightful encounter in 2018 between Juliette (in salle) and Lucie (in the kitchen), there adventure led, five years later, to the opening of a unique bar-restaurant in Lyon. At Les Souris Dansent, they embrace passion for new encounters—both professional and friendly—and craft every experience with care, from choosing quality suppliers to curating creative events.

A Captivating Location
Our venue is nestled near one of Lyon’s most stunning viewpoints, just below the iconic Gros Caillou. This impressive 24-ton quartzite, transported by glaciers from the Alps, stands as a striking symbol of the Croix-Rousse district.
