Come to downtown SLC Culinary Institute May 5, 2025 from 6:30pm-9pm for a fun evening learning from a professional Chef and make a beautiful meal including:
In this hands on class you will learn how to make Shredded Chicken Sopes with a Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette, along with Spanish Rice, Guacamole and a Coconut Lime Flan! Sangria will be paired for guests over 21. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided.

Event is 2.5 hours, you will make the food & drink, and then eat it together. Up to 20 people, reservation required, payment in advance required $65, refunds available before 7 days of the event.

*This class will be held at the teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street in Salt Lake City. Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and tools required.
