What To Expect:
- Networking and introduction between Newbies
During this event you will have the chance to break the ICE:
- Arriving at the entrance we will give you a Name Tag, a table is specially booked for us. When you arrive we recommend you to introduce yourself to the rest of the group:
Participants introduce themselves and tell why they are there.
Small Break Ice game: Each newcomer receives three little "Adopt me Bracelet"; 'Long Time Members' approach Newcomers and collect the Bracelet -> the one with the most Bracelets wins a prize.
- If you are Consul, be free to introduce your group to the newbies, don't be shy!
- Dress code: Smart casual, chic!
