Hey Everyone! Remember the Rose & Crown on 4th Street SW? Well, its gone. Closed down.

But now its back!

The Elephant & Castle is only 5 weeks old, but is already a go to place in Calgary This beautiful old establishment has been an English pub for about 37 years until it suddenly closed in 2023. Well, the wait is over..

The Elephant & Castle is a beautiful renovation of an iconic Calgary building that has been around since 1935. I'm so happy we were able to save the landmark from demolition, and more important to keep it as a public establishment!

Come and revisit one of the newest oldest pubs in town!

Please note that if you are unable to attend, or your plans change, please be kind and let us know, so that the venue can have a good estimate on attendance, and others on the waitlist can join us in your place.. We'd love to have you, but if you're not able to join us, we'd love to have people come and celebrate for you! :)

No matter your profession or background, this is a great opportunity to meet old friends and make new ones, and to get out and mingle with people from all parts of life and all parts of the world... so come and check out a new favorite place and some great food and drinks!
