This is a paid event. Everyone who is wanting to be part of our event, must register and pay their entrance fee, whether drinking or not.

Dress Code:
Casual attire – come as you are and feel comfortable. Whether you're in jeans and a t-shirt, a sundress, or shorts and a polo, we want everyone to feel relaxed and enjoy the afternoon.

Pool:
The pool is only for hotel guests.

Parking:
Located through the Hilton Bentley hotel, $20.00 valet for the evening.
You can arrive early to find street parking or park in a parking lot, $4.00 an hour through the city. (It is quite difficult to find parking this way!)

Weather:
In the event of light rain, we will be covered. If there is heavy rain, we will be indoors.
