Arabic Speaking Legal Assistant -Abu Dhabi (Dubai)
One of our top investment client is looking for Arabic speaking Legal assistant to be in based in Abu Dhabi office.

Job description includes
• Drafting basic legal documents including memorandums of association, agency agreements, MOUs, and preparing routine legal documents such as confidentiality agreements, authorizations, board resolutions and correspondence.
• Conducting legal research in a variety of areas in law including corporate, commercial and administrative
• law.
• Checking legal forms for accuracy.
• Maintaining and updating the legal database.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality.
• Able to work in a team and individually.
• Pays attention to details. .
• In depth knowledge of legal terminology and principles.
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent analytical and drafting skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or similar
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferably in the field of corporate business.
• Bilingual with excellent command in both Arabic & English.
