Our Operations Team runs customer-facing systems as well as our internal IT infrastructure. As a DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for the setup, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting of our Linux-based infrastructure.
About the job:
- We run software like nginx, PHP 8, MariaDB, Solr, Redis and RabbitMQ
- We work according to the principle “Infrastructure as Code” with Continuous Integration Patterns using Jenkins and Ansible
- We design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions (Grafana, InfluxDB, New Relic, etc.)
- As part of our DevOps team, you will be responsible for the administration and design of Linux-based cloud, container, and dedicated systems (Debian, Alpine)
- You will work closely together with the Engineering teams on performance, scalability and operability
What you bring along:
- Secure handling of configuration management tools (ideally Ansible)
- Experience with Docker Containers and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
- Good knowledge of a scripting language (e.g. Bash, Python, Groovy etc.)
- Debugging and troubleshooting skills in a distributed environment
- Experience in running a large-scale relational database system (MySQL, MariaDB) is a plus
