Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be already working in the fine finishing , fit-out industry as a business development manager for the past 5 years, with a proven track record of driving business growth, developing client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fitout industry, including commercial, retail, and residential sectors.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
•Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
•Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, consultants and project management companies .
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
•Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
•Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and expand the client base.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management Architecture, or a related field.
•Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the fine finishing and fitout industry.
•5 to 10 years of Business Development experience .
•Strong network of contacts within the industry.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team and reporting directly to the CEO of the company.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
