Hello everyone! We have an amazing +/- 25m2 room available for rent in a spacious, fully renovated Art Deco house that you'll share with just 2 other friendly housemates.

📍 Location
- You can easily reach different parts of Brussels within Protected content .
- Vibrant multicultural neighborhood in Schaerbeek, near multiple tram/bus stops and just a 10-minute walk to North Station and Josaphat Park.
- All necessary stores are just a short walk away

🗓 Availability
- From 1st September Protected content can also be arranged)
- Length to be discussed but we prefer a year-long lease

🛏 Room: situated on the 2nd floor, it’s spacious and filled with natural light. Some furniture can be provided if necessary.

🏡 About the house:
- Fully furnished with all necessary amenities (including washing, drying facilities…)
- Shared spaces include a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area
- Large garden and balcony

👩‍👩‍👧‍👦 Housemates: you’ll be living with a PhD student and an entrepreneur. The house is big enough that it sometimes feels like you have it all to yourself! We also often move around Europe…

👤 Who we’re looking for:
- A calm and stable person that follows common sense (e.g. ensuring cleanliness, mutual respect and understanding for the others, and being a teamplayer).
- As roommates, we'd like to build a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere in the house (we aren't party-types!) while also working on our own creative hobbies and projects.

💰 Cost: €850 per month, which includes rent, electricity, water, and internet. Cleaning costs are not included but currently, we each pay an extra €50 per month for cleaning common areas every two weeks.
