Internet (Ashgabat)

Hi guys !

I will be moving to Ashgabat in June, and I was wondering if it was possible to access Facebook/Snapchat/Instagram etc. via VPN on iphone or laptop? Any good VPN to recommend?
I read online that MTS did not block those apps? Is that true?

Also, is there any home internet provider that provides with fast-speed internet (enough to Skype)?
