Music, Workshops and Connection in the Museum
An evening filled with music, workshops and connection in Protected content .
On a few Thursdays a year, the museum keeps its door open until late to welcome more art, local creatives, and curious crowds to a special event: Protected content .
During these evenings, the exhibition spaces are filled with live music and performances. Guests are invited to get involved through workshops and/or lectures.
Designed in close collaboration with Utrecht locals and newcomers, each Protected content draws from the topics of the current exhibition Protected content to offer the guests a new, refreshing experience.
This edition of Protected content is curated by Yara Saïd, a multidisciplinary artist from Amsterdam, also known as Noise Diva. Yara’s art intertwines video, sound, painting, performance, installations, writing, DJing, and music production to explore themes such as identity, trauma, and resilience. From a feminist perspective, she creates a political space of imagination that sparks thought-provoking conversations about the social and political aspects of our world.
