I propose a Vinyasa yoga class.
Vinyasa: it is about placing the movement in the breath. This consists of proposing dynamic sequences of several postures, paying great attention to the fluidity of the transitions and the placement of the breath. It is a rhythmic yoga, the energy circulates and allows you to release endorphins, the molecule of well-being. Fluidly chain postures to try to go further, improve your mind and your physique.
At the beginning of the session I will show you postures for rest and for certain postures, I will indicate different ways of doing so that the course is adapted to different levels. I have yoga mats and blocks to lend.
Come and give yourself this moment.
You can go by underground line A Balma Gramont 5 minutes on foot, you can park the car for free on site.
