Lunch in Rotterdam Chinatown
Similar to the western 'Cafe-restaurants', Protected content is like a 'Tea house restaurant'.
Let’s go drink tea!— In Southern China, when you hear this, quite often it means something more: Let’s go for dim sum.
In Cantonese, dim sum literally means "touch the heart."
It’s more than a meal — it's a moment of connection, laughter, and shared joy over small, handcrafted bites of food.
Traditionally enjoyed for breakfast or brunch, dim sum has grown into an all-day affair in many Chinese cities. In teahouses (cha lau), families and friends gather around a table of bamboo steamers filled with yummy bites — each made to be shared, savored, and loved.
