As the weather for adventures on the water gets colder and unpleasant at this time of the year, I'll be hosting an indoor activity instead.
Let's have a cozy Saturday afternoon all together learning how to make a real Indonesian hot Sambal - SAMBALADO - TOMATOES, a speciality from West Sumatra, with my Indonesian friend Eva. We were working together for over 2 years, and she often brought me her specialties that she cooked at home. I must say, I have never ever had such a delicious sambal. Although I do know something about it and I had a chance to taste the homemade variety from others already before.

17. Protected content tasting our Sambal + some other bites + drinks (tea, juice or wine)
You will receive one jar to take home and surprise your family, friends or colleagues with it.
Your investment: EUR 47.70 is inclusive of your participation in renting the kitchen space, all the ingredients we need, one jar of Sambal to take home with you, the workshop itself and all drinks and bites that will come along.
