German Spitzen Class Wine Tasting With Solveig From Manfred & Co

You'll be expertly guided through a selection of wines by Solveig Minna Streyffert, who studies wine in Geisenheim, Germany and has worked at several recognized German wineries. There will also be served some bread, sausage, ham, cheese and olives to accompany the tasting.

Red wine in international style. Cuvée of Cabernet Dorsa and Spätburgunder grapes.

The flavour is deep and round, and as it is a Riesling Mild, the acidity of the wine is not overwhelming, just present enough to make the wine feel fresh.
