Full Body Workouts & Stretching

Hallo 🙋🏻♂️ 🙋🏻♀️ Dears,
let’s catch up for this Easter 🐣 Monday” Holiday” Full Body weight workouts and Stretching.
All levels can participate as we would start from basics and go with the flow. By the end of the Workout there’s a long walk and fitness exchange.
All you need is to show up with good positive mood, an exercise/ Yoga Matt and some water 💧
Let’s do it ;-)

P.S. in case of any muscle injuries, pain or medical issues it’s not recommended to participate:-)
