Beginner Modern Dance Course for Adults Starting 07 February 💪🏻

Ideal for anyone who wants additional movement practice in their life.

This course is suitable for absolute beginners and focuses on movement flow, body strength, leg stability, and flexibility. Each class is 75 minutes long, yet effective, flowing through the exercises with minimal breaks. You’ll get a nice energy boost and feel more connected to your body.

It’s not a problem if you don’t have a background in dance or if you miss a class: we’ll quickly recap the exercises each time, so you can just show up and take what serves your body best.

About the Teacher:
Emilia graduated from the Hungarian Dance University in Protected content , specializing in classical ballet, but she also undertook courses in pedagogy, psychology, anatomy, and kinesiology, among others. Emilia has worked as a professional contemporary dancer in Hungary, Spain, and Italy, and she is currently freelancing as a performer across Europe.

Class Structure:
1️⃣ Warm-Up: Activate and prepare your body.
2️⃣ Floor Exercises: Focus on core strength and spinal mobility.
3️⃣ Center Work: Improve leg stability, proprioception, and coordination.
4️⃣ Traveling Exercises: Enhance movement flow and stamina.
5️⃣ Cool-Down: Relax and recover with a short stretch.

Pricing:
Single Class Ticket: 3,500 HUF
4-Class Pass: 12,000 HUF
