Dampfzentrale is famous for welcoming excellent foreign artists.

Something is brewing: Ten ballet dancers, an opera singer, and a musician drive together in "HATCHED ENSEMBLE" reflections on identity and belonging, gender binary, tradition, and artistic expression. Together, they brood over musical movement material from classical Western dance history, African dance styles, and vocal scores. What hatches is a warm-hearted invitation to reflect on one's own assumptions. An ensemble choreography that appeals to all those who have ever wondered where they belong.
