„World Quantum Day 2025“ in Vienna
"World Quantum Day" – a great opportunity to get a glimpse into the world of quantum physics. In Vienna, Protected content invites you to "sniff the quantum air" during guided tours of the institute. Understanding the quantum world is anything but easy. Nevertheless, this branch of physics has experienced tremendous growth in recent decades. Thanks in no small part to Anton Zeilinger, the Protected content Prize laureate in Physics, it has been possible to experimentally prove quantum phenomena and, moreover, to make such phenomena technologically applicable.
