Historical Walk "Roma Scartata" & Aperitivo (Save the Date)

Let’s discover together some important renewed sites on occasion of the Jubilee Protected content their history and secrets….
We walk through Piazza Pia very close to the now opened Passetto (guided tour by reservation on the site of Musei di Roma), Ponte dell’Angelo and Via dei Coronari that was a main route for pilgrims heading to St. Peter’s Basilica, which inspires its name.
We reach Piazza Navona built over the Stadium of Domitian, a Roman arena used for athletic competitions and evolved over the centuries, becoming a site for festivals, markets, and popular events. We admire the central fountain, designed by Bernini in Protected content the symbolism of the four rivers (Nile, Ganges, Danube, and Río de la Plata), representing the continents known at the time and the Fountain of Neptune

The walk lasts about two hours. Is free, in English and we use Italian for any question. We have aperitivo soon at the end..
