Yoga for Everyone
I would like to invite you to a gentle yoga practice. No prior experience required. We’ll do some breathwork followed by stretching postures to relax the body and we’ll finish up with a short meditation.
You will learn the basics, how to do the postures correctly but most importantly learn simple moves that you can use on a daily basis to relax whenever you feel stressed or experience tensions in the body.
Let’s meet on the grass patch overlooking the soccer fields in Protected content .Please consider wearing loose clothes that you feel comfortable in. Bring your own yoga mat. If you don’t have any, no worries a large towel would also work. For hydration bring some water.
Do let me know in advance if you need to cancel your attendance. We will start on time.
