"DON QUIJOTE" Ballet in Usti, Severoceske Opera&Ballet Theater.

Don Quixote is one of the ballets of the golden fund of world theatrical art. Its popularity lies in the spirited and sparkling music of Ludwig Minus, in the alternation of the comedic and serious face of the performance and in the captivating dances that highlight the virtuosity and temperament of the dancers. The colorful Spanish environment in which the ballet takes place only underlines all this. The beauty of the traditional choreography of Mario Petipa, which forms a significant part of the production, is so obvious that it is now a classic and that is why it has been preserved to this day.
