Step back in time to the glitz and glamour of the Roaring '20s at the 48th annual Art Deco Weekend, January Protected content . Taking place on the shores of South Beach, Art Deco Weekend honors the architecture and style of the Art Deco Historic District that continues to shape Greater Miami & Miami Beach.
Organized by the Design Preservation League
(MDPL), Art Deco Weekend marks a historic milestone as the festival celebrates the Art Deco Centennial ( Protected content ). Stroll through the Collins Avenue/Ocean Drive Shopping District to admire Art Deco buildings with vibrant hues of pastel pinks, yellows and blues that accentuate the geometric patterns and nautical themes inherent to the Art Deco style.
Enjoy guided tours, classic car shows, films, antique displays, family-friendly activities and more at this free community event that spans Ocean Drive and Lummus Park between 5th and 12th streets.
