"Military" Yoga & Brunch
MANDATORY BOOKING HERE
Join the Imperfect Yoga brunch club at the Basement Studios for a Saturday morning Vinyasa class including yogic drills to help work on specific postures or families of postures et strength or flexibility building. Yoga is followed by a brunch at a nearby brunch venue! (Lots of amazing venues in this area, and we are on a mission to sample them all!)
The sessions will be accessible to all, for a fabulous start to the weekend.
Please bring a towel, water, a yoga mat.
You could also bring a change of clothes if you wish to change after the yoga. There is no shower at Basement Studios.
Yoga = 17€ & Brunch is à la carte.
