The Chats (Australia)
Formed in Protected content Queensland, Australia, The Chats cultivate a love of simple and unpolished punk rock, filled with sharp guitar riffs, quick tempo changes, wry vocals and self-deprecating lyrics. They grew up on the Ramones, Black Flag and Buzzcocks, but also cite Australian rock groups such as Cosmic Psychos, Dune Rats and Eddy Current Suppression Ring as sources of inspiration.
The Chats are a phenomenal, energy-pumping live experience. What a perfect way to blow away the chilly November blues in probably the coolest music venue in town :-)
