Piano Concert
Today's newest work is a completely new piano concert by the acclaimed composer Steingrímur Rohloff, who is known for his fabulously expressive composing – this time for Marianna Shirinyan. However, we begin the concert with an overture by Elfrida Andrée ( Protected content ), who was the first woman in Sweden to receive permission from the authorities to train as an organist in Protected content . Ten years later she became cathedral organist in Gothenburg. She wrote not only two symphonies, but also this lyrical concert opener.
We meet 1 hour before the concert to get to know each other.
