Searching for Venetian Treasures: Palazzo Grimani

Once again, it's the first Sunday of the month and museums in Venice are free of charge! After visiting the paintings at Gallerie dell'Accademia and Ca d'Oro and the Oriental art collection at Ca Pesaro in the previous episodes, shall we continue our exploration of the treasures hidden inside Venetian museums?
Let's meet at 10:45 at Museo di Palazzo Grimani ( Protected content ), that belonged to the family of doge Antonio Grimani in the 16th century, and have a walk in its rooms, richly decorated with frescoes and stucco reliefs despicting mythological themes. Among things to see, there should also be a unique spiral staircase.
Once we're done with the museum, we can have a walk around the Castello sestiere and perhaps take a look at the Flooded Bookstore ( Protected content ), the flooded crypt of San Zaccaria ( Protected content ) and the hooks of fortune ( Protected content ), as well as have a spritz.
