The Teatro Civico of Chivasso is located on the ground floor of Palazzo Santa Chiara. Around the middle of the 19th century, the convent chapel was converted into a theater hall, inaugurated on October 16, Protected content the Chivasso Company of Dilettanti Filodrammatici.
The Teatro Civico was designed by the engineer Fausto Gozzano, also an actor of the Company and father of the more famous poet Guido.
