A walk in the historic center of the city dedicated to the great Turin tradition of cocoa processing and the history of famous artisans. Among fascinating historic cafes and shops traditional, we will discover the origin of the love for cocoa by powerful duchesses, nobles, and intellectuals and the popular history of the gianduiotto.

We will go to the discovery of the historical places where, for centuries, the knowledge of the processing of Turin chocolate has been handed down. Between one stop and the next, we will have the chance to browse the shelves full of delicacies and taste gorgeous chocolate specialties, a symbol of Piedmontese confectionery art.
