Christmas Buffet Cooking Lesson and Dinner!
As the holidays approach, we are looking for impressive recipes on the table with rich flavors. In this tutorial we will suggest recipes for the holiday buffet, with a variety of flavors and elegant touches, without requiring a lot of preparation time.
Christmas buffet:
- Festive wreath filled with fig jam, feta cheese, goat cheese and pistachios,
- Cabbage salad with apple, chestnut, pine nut and pomegranate vinaigrette,
-Lamb crown with rosemary and wine sauce,
-Oatmeal with fruits, pomegranate and dates.
We accompany our dinner meal with a glass of excellent wine.
Our chef will be Iokasti Funduka, Chef specializing in pastry, Indian cuisine, vegan cooking and pastry.
She was born and raised in Greece, but traveled and lived abroad from a young age.
The ones that most influenced her culinary character were her stay in Italy and travels to Northern India, her acquaintance with the flavors of the East and their marriage with the mild flavors of the Mediterranean and her respect for the raw material.
