This next reading is about “Protein out of thin air”, where companies like California-based Air Protein, Finland-based Solar Foods are making meat and dairy substitutes by capturing CO2 emissions from air, water and minerals as raw materials to produce a protein powder. In other words, this industry is also called "fermented-made protein".
