Amazing Nature Walk!
Join me for a relaxing nature walk in the countryside in the region of Aveiro.
We will catch the 13:10 train from Campanhã to Salreu. The journey takes about 50 minutes.
From Salreu station we will walk to the Bioria Environmental Interpretation Centre where we join the The Salreu trail (Percurso de Salreu).
It is a circular 8 km trail that crosses areas such as rice fields, marshes, warweways, reed beds and cane fields which we will explore at a gentle pace.
The area is peaceful and absolutely beautiful, teeming with birds, insects, and wild flowers, and offers fantastic photo opportunities.
We will return from Salreu station on the 17:33 train to Campanhã where we can visit café Tres Doces for refreshment.
If anyone wants to meet at Salreu station, the train arrives from Campanhã at about 14:00.
