Christmas Lights Evening Walk

Join me for an great evening walk around Matosinhos. We will meet at the Anémona at 19:30, and from there wander down Rua de Brito Capelo to admire and photograph the wonderful Christmas lights, ending at the spactacular display in front of Câmara Municipal de Matosinhos.

Here there is also a Christmas market where you can enjoy a glass of mulled wine while you listen to carol singers, as well as more than 80 artisans selling cheeses, sausages, chocolates, design products, books, fashion and jewellery.

Note: the weather can be unpredictable at this time of year, so bring umbrellas and waterproof clothing. As long as it is not raining too hard the walk will go ahead; indeed, the Christmas lights will reflect wonderfully in the puddles and wet pavements.
