Cheese Festival in Sassenage

Join us for a joyful day out at one of the region’s most charming local festivals — all about cheese, wine, and Alpine tradition!
We’ll explore artisan stalls, taste the famous Sassenage blue cheese, enjoy local wines, live music, and the warm village atmosphere. A perfect occasion to mingle with fellow members and discover a beloved culinary tradition of the Grenoble region.
Expect great food, mountain views, and plenty of photo-worthy moments!
🧺 Tip: Bring a tote bag if you'd like to bring home some local goodies.
🚋 Getting There
It’s easy to reach by public transport from Grenoble:
Tram A to Fontaine La Poya (last stop)
Then a 20–25 minute scenic walk
Or take bus 50 or 52 from the tram stop (check Sunday schedules)
🚗 Carpooling can also be arranged on the event page — feel free to offer or request a ride!
Looking for fresh air, local flavor, and good company? This is the perfect Sunday outing.
