This time we're heading to Bistrot Viet, a small, low-key spot known for doing Vietnamese food right. No frills, just fresh, flavourful dishes — pho, bánh mì, spring rolls — done the way they should be.
Tables are shared, service is fast, and the vibe is casual. Great for a relaxed evening and discovering a few new flavours along the way.
Come hungry. Vietnamese food doesn’t like to be eaten politely.
