I love networking but I hate small talks of superficial events where everyone is selling themselves as if we all are in a fast dating event for professionals. If you are like me, you appreciate a safe space where we talk about what we do from a human perspective, sharing about remarkable moments of our professional careers, our favorite bosses, the challenge of having direct reports, your more influential mentor etc. Those kinds of conversations allow us to authentically create connections, and help you better show the rockstar professional you are.
