It’s a classic bar with a lot of lighting that you come to for a couple of drinks to chat and mingle with other people. It has a certain “big city vibe” to it that is a bit uncommon in Moscow. Noor Bar could be located just as well in Manhattan. Noor Bar is a place that people come to early and move on from there (or not).
