Kars Goose for Christmas!
Let's get together for a lovely Christmas dinner at the award-winning La Pasion Bodrum.
Our amazing chef Neco has just got the goose in from his native Kars where the bird is raised in limited numbers and is better tasting than the meat of commercial breeds.
Neco will prepare the meal in the traditional way as a sign of hospitality starting with "leblebi soup". This will be followed by "kasik salatasi" or "spoon salad". The main course will be a whole goose served on a bed of Bulgur wheat with chestnuts.
All this for the amazing price of just Protected content .
Please only sign up if you will definitely attend as numbers are limited and last-minute cancellations will cause a lot of disruption and waste.
