NO SUN - NO SUNSCREEN NECESSARY!!! :-) It looks like the winds will be good for paddleboarding/kayaking Saturday, July 27th. I am planning to paddle (paddleboarding and Kayak). If you are interested please let me know. We would meet at 6:30pm at the N. shore marina Protected content . E. College Ave, Tempe) parking lot. If you need to rent a board/kayak there is a nearby place: Riverbound Sports Paddle Company on Protected content . University Drive Tempe. Riverbound has PFDs (mandatory) and lights (more for others to see. There is a lot of light on the lake from businesses that line the lake). If the winds are too strong, the backup plan is to take tennis shoes and do a powerwalk around the lake. The parking lot/Lake closes at 10pm. Would you like to join?
