Day Trip to Mutianyu
Despite spending a lot of time in Beijing, I never managed to get to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall! If anyone happens to have Monday off and is also interested in heading there, a friend and I are planning to finally fill this gap: the only dilemma is whether to use the shuttle bus service from Qianmen or from Dongzhimen ( Protected content ). Given that Dongzhimen is facing the right direction, we're thinking of using their bus service, departing at 8am.
If you are also interested in Mutianyu, you're much welcome to join in ... and let's discuss this afternoon which way is better!
