Sketch & Drink Workshop

There is no such thing as 'I can't draw.' (If you can write, you can draw). But the key is that you want to do it! So why don't you come and try your hand at drawing with us. This is an event for everyone, with any level of experience. It is also a nice way to meet others with a common interest.

I will bring some materials for anyone who doesn't have paints, paper or pens. The idea is to have fun, try out new ideas, materials and chat about art (and other things!)

At the Gare du Sud we will have the space to sit comfortably, with a cup of coffee and you can sketch what you see, from a photo on your phone, or if you like, I have a list of ideas to try out (like trying to draw with your non-dominant hand, or drawing without lifting your pencil off the paper!) If you want to try out using water colour paints, I am happy to give any tips, but the main idea is to experiment and have fun.

For anyone who then wants to go to have lunch, we can go and eat if not at one of the restaurants in the Gare du Sud, then one of the many cafés nearby.
