The Christmas days are over. The consumption fever has settled. Marketing campaigns have stopped pumping up the illusion of magic that is about to happen. We are again left to our own devices to find sources of inspiration and joy in this dark season. One way to do this is by enjoying Brazilian music made of heart-warming tropical rhythms. Join me for an evening with Batukizer—a Brazilian-Danish DJ collective—in Protected content . Protected content turned into a colourful cultural site that lies in Vesterbro just a stone’s throw away from the Meatpacking District. You will be served rich Brazilian music from rare vinyl to digital gems and live percussion. Absorb it the way that works best for you: just listen or listen&dance. As if this isn’t enough, there is a bonus: a samba groove footwork class at 20:30.
