Body awareness has a key role in your breathing technique, balance, coordination, and a long etc. Not only if you're into dancing but for everyday life.

Training your body awareness and your mind to be here and now are among the benefits that yoga can bring you.

These sessions are suitable for all levels. Beginners are welcome!

And it's a myth that only very flexible/strong people can do yoga. You're welcome as you are.

The autumn cycle is from Sept 12th to Oct 10th. On Thursdays at 18:30 in Kollergerngasse 4, Protected content

1 class is 20€ and the full cycle (5 classes) is 75€

You only need to bring comfortable clothes.

There are mats at the studio. Feel free to bring yours if preferred.

The language will be English, or bilingual Eng/Spanish according to participants.

The sessions are planned for a small group. Therefore recommended to save your spot (and please really commit when you add yourself to the attendants list).

Important: If you suffer from injuries or a special health condition, ask your doctor first for an authorization to practice yoga.
