Saturday Afternoon Easy Run
Autumn seems to stay a bit longer and the colors are still stunning. Let’s enjoy a run together between islands Brygge and Christiania.
Whether you are a beginner or an expert, please come and join me for a run starting at Protected content . The pace is usually around 6:00/km and will be adapted to fit everyone’s speed and fitness condition. The distance will be roughly Protected content . Some will look for longer distances that we can consider for those who are interested.
